For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way,
as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
1 Timothy 4:8
WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH ANOTHER YEAR?
The new year is a good time for us to reflect on being purposeful, intentional, and determined in the way we live. It is a good time to reevaluate our lives, and focus on who we are becoming.
We are living in a time where godliness is neither popular nor pursued. But God places the value of godliness above any other resolution you aim to pursue in the new year. When we surrender our lives to Jesus, the Bible says we will be “transformed into his likeness” (2 Corinthians 3:18). Nothing you do in 2018 will be as valuable as the pursuit of godliness.
"Thank God for your inspiration that is heaven sent & you said YES to the call. There are a multitude of ladies both young & seasoned who are waiting for the true anointing on your life."
Testimonials from Get Your Pearls Back Event held on November 10, 2017
We need Jesus. We are longing for a beauty that has nothing to do with our makeup, the clothes we wear, or whether we are a size 2 or 22. A beauty that does not fade. A beauty that changes us from the inside out. A beauty that draws others to Christ.
True beauty happens when we are honest with ourselves and choose to say “yes” to the journey of becoming more beautiful by pursuing Jesus to become like Him.

Women spend an enormous amount of time and money on products to makeup the outward person at the expense of beautifying our hearts. God looks past our makeup and attire and looks at our hearts. There is nothing more beautiful and lasting than a women whose beauty is her godliness.
For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.
It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live
self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age.

It is this way for me with Debbie Milton, who I affectionately call “the Kingdom’s hidden gem.”
I have known Debbie for 20 years. She was first my Sunday school teacher passionately teaching the Word of God to young adults at our church. I was also a part of the G.I.R.L.S. ministry she started. Her deep love for Christ and Scripture was clear in how she taught the Word and made it palatable and relatable to us young adults. Jesus was always the standard and she made getting to know Him exciting.
Debbie has also been a great spiritual mentor over the years. She has witnessed many significant moments in my life including marrying my college sweetheart, the birth of my children, the startup of my business, and my transition to full-time entrepreneurship. She was a present support during each of these life events.
Most recently, I did spiritual life coaching with Debbie and was grateful for the spiritual pulse check to make sure I was keeping God first in every area of my life. She exudes love, honesty and compassion as a coach.
Sunday school teacher. Spiritual mentor. Spiritual life coach. Friend. Debbie has enriched my life immensely.
She isn’t famous and doesn’t take big conference stages where people love her just because of her name. Even better, she is intimate with our Father. She serves humbly and her life is full of fruitful labor, love, joy, grace, and God.
Debbie is the Kingdom’s hidden gem.
And because of her, I want Him more.
