EMAIL LIFE COACHING PACKAGE

Email coaching with this package is Christ-centered coaching through confidential written email exchanges. No phone calls or appointments are needed. Flexibility and convenience to respond to each email.
What will we email each other about?
As a Christan, there is probably at least one area where you would like to change to become more Christlike.
Imagine someone holding space—a safe space—for you to process change by looking to Scripture for encouragement and accountability.
This package includes three emails responses with thought provoking questions, personalized responses, biblical insight, encouragement, prayer, resources, and accountability framed around a specific area where you are seeking spiritual growth while engaging a passage of Scripture to apply to your life.
1:1 LIFE COACHING PACKAGE
(3 Phone Sessions)
This 1:1 life coaching package is 60 minute sessions bi-weekly via phone for three sessions to meet you where you are and help you move forward to where God desires you to be.
Diagnosing your spiritual health in the sense of knowing where you are spiritually accompanied with thought provoking questions asked as your life coach is key to transforming your walk with Christ.
Life coaching is a valuable investment offering individuals the guidance and support they need to create beautiful, intentional, and meaningful lives in a safe space where beautiful happens.
My heart for coaching is Proverbs 20:5 which says: The purposes of a person’s heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out.
Life coaching by phone offers convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to have sessions from any location where there is a phone, eliminating the need for travel, commuting, or finding a space for parking. Phone coaching is effective as in-person coaching because it encourages authentic and honest responses, allowing clients to open up more rather than being visible on screen. (In-person and video calls are available if and when possible).
