Whether you’re ready to date again, already dating, or at the crossroads of defining the relationship, dating can be hard, and so can finding true love.
Becoming aware of your core values to reflect the things that matter most to you is critical in recognizing when a date is the right fit for you.
If you don’t know your core values or haven’t been living them, it would be unreasonable to expect your relationship to work or for you to become all that God intended while you are dating.
What is clear is that you realize that doing the same thing expecting a different result is not serving you. If you are ready for true love to find you (and I so want it to), let me ask you a few questions:
When are you most like yourself in dating relationships?
In what ways are you finding yourself unhappy, uncomfortable, or uncertain about where your dating relationship is going?
How do you think living your life congruent with your core values rather than in conflict with them will help true love find you or go the distance to marriage if it is God’s will for your life?
Grab your hot chocolate, get comfy in your cozy chair…there is so much for us to have a conversation about.
